• You may return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
• To qualify for a return, the item must:
1. Be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
2. Be returned in its original packaging.
3. Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
• Customers will be charged a 20% handling fee (total value of items) and must produce the original invoice

• Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team.
• You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., cash, credit card, EFT).
• Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
