Elcon Industrial – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Elcon Industrial, we aim to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and at a reasonable cost. The information below outlines our shipping and delivery procedures to help you plan your orders with confidence.

1. Local Delivery (KZN)

• A flat delivery fee of R50 applies to all orders within KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 9:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be delivered on the next business day.
• No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

2. Collections

• Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our premises.
• Saturday collections only — no deliveries will take place over weekends.
• Collection Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM

3. Shipping Outside KZN

• We are able to supply customers outside of KZN; however, shipping and transport arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
• All transport costs outside of KZN are payable by the client.
• Once your order has been handed over to your chosen courier or transporter, Elcon Industrial is not liable for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday.
• Once your order has been confirmed, our team will prepare it for delivery or collection.
• Customers will receive a confirmation notification once their order has been dispatched or is ready for pickup.

5. Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Please ensure accurate delivery details are provided to avoid delays.
• If no one is available at the delivery address, your order may need to be rescheduled, and additional delivery charges may apply.
• Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, courier delays).

• Deliveries are made within KZN for a flat rate fee of R50.
• Orders outside KZN must be arranged by the customer at their own cost.

6. Returns & Refunds

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Items must meet all return conditions to qualify for a refund or exchange.

• We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers or transport providers.
